I don't recommend doing treatment or having an evaluation here. I was evaluated both here and at ricca in East Moline and found the people at ricca to be much more friendly, helpful and down to earth. If your going to treatment due to a DUI, this place will stick you with as many hours of treatment as they possibly can. The lady that interviewed me at Riverside acted like 99 percent of everything I said was a lie. I trusted this place in assisting a family member for treatment, and was, very rudely, told that because he wasn't vocally suicidal, that he would not be allowed treatment with no additional referrals or resources on who might be able to help. It's sad when the own staff speaks in a lower tone out of intimidation. When asked to speak to somebody higher than the head nurse, we were unable to catch her actual name, we were hung up on the phone numerous times and now ignored. I went here and got sober here thanks to the amazing staff and counselor! The nurses are amazing and really care about your well being and the support staff are great too. I just suggest, if you go there, you truly want to get sober.

This place would be just fine if Connie wasn't there. And there MO is outdated and not up to snuff, but it's not bad. Just don't go if Connie is working there because she'll do the opposite of her job and make you want to use again. If all the other nurses and BHT were bad I'd give it a 1 but they make it salvageable.
