This is a scam. I live in the neighborhood and twice I have used their services with the same result (I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt). Their service is contracted to a central agency (ie. not on the UWS as advertised). The plumber comes and does not provide an estimate of the cost of the work before proceeding. Today, the fellow spent 30 minutes fixing a pipe under my sink and charged $550 (materials cost was $25). This was same amount that they charged for a previous minor issue.
