Such a refreshingly great experience. Our experience with behavior help was above and beyond what we ever could have expected. Everyone has been so knowledgeable, understanding and kind. They have taken so much time to help us in so many ways. Lauren, Carrie & Kass have been so amazingly helpful. Dr Christine has gone above and beyond in helping us with our pup and has even taken her time to call us after hours. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.
Good and great care! Dr. McGuffin was very thorough with my pup’s annual appt. Gave me some pointers on helping him with his storm anxiety. The Dr had him distracted and he took his vaccines without any fuss! I am always impressed with how friendly the staff are when I bring my pup in.
Dr. Torchia is the best veterinarian I've ever worked with in terms of care and interpersonal skills. Not only do I trust her, she's a lovely human who makes me feel comfortable during office visits. Being neurodivergent this is very important to me and too many doctors/vets are cold or arrogant and don't listen. As a biologist/entomologist (PhD) who came very close to becoming a veterinarian, I'm scientifically literate and do my own research, and prefer to be treated as a collaborator in my pet's treatment.
