Never buy a vehicle from riverside dodge. I bought a 2021 dodge Durango 121,xxx km on it and nothing but major problems that they will not fix or hold under their warranty included 40,000 km or 4 years. My vehicle has been in the shop more than I have driven it since January 2026. I was using this place three years, no issues. Went back, issues, we'll my issue not yours i guess. I asked about an oil change, and a scan for sodes and a tire rotation. I also I quite about a transmission flush for my eco deisel. The rep had to take time and call be back for the rough quote $2300.00. It turns out when I went to the other dodge dealership, the service writer informed me that the economy deisel has the filter built into the pan and does not require service until around 160,000km. No warranty information without bringing your car in for a check-up. The checkup was already done, I have a service result and yet no information was given to me. Well then I'll go somewhere else. Good service. Issues get dealt with promptly. Nice staff. But no more American cars for me, with Stellantis moving production to US.

Always loved going here and was satisfied with the service until now. Vehicle is going on 3 weeks parked there waiting for them to make a new key fob. Everytime I call there's always some excuse. Makes no sense considering I was there last year and it took 40 mins to get one made!!!!! Very disappointed with how the service is now. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
