Always loved going here and was satisfied with the service until now. Vehicle is going on 3 weeks parked there waiting for them to make a new key fob. Everytime I call there's always some excuse. Makes no sense considering I was there last year and it took 40 mins to get one made!!!!! Very disappointed with how the service is now. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
I required service to my Pacifica Chrysler Hybrid on Christmas Eve before driving back to Winnioeg. Darcy the ServiceTech and Devon the Service Manager understood the serious situation The Hybrid System would not disengage the motor was runnig quickly to charge the battery. Being very busy they made time for the shop mechanic to check into the system. After a short time I was back on the road the motor idled as normal.
