AVOID THIS ER AT ALL COST UNLESS DYING. Their ER doctors miss diagnosis a heart attack, ER Doctor told me I was faking it. 17 days later at Sentara in Williamsburg with massive heart attack. Sentara ask me when I started having chest pain, I told them I was transported by rescue squad to Riverside Doctor's Hospital 17 days ago. They said they missed all theses blockages. Believe it on not the ER Doctor who did this is still on the ER staff and I was in there again and needed medical assistant late evening with my 90 year old... read more

I brought my wife in for high blood pressure at 8:10pm and we are still sitting here at 10:17pm. Waiting on a bed and a provider but, Noone came over to explain at anytime why we are still here waiting. I had to go to the desk and ask. Slow service and everyone else that comes in behind you is seen immediately.

The triage nurse was extremely rude and degrading and mocked for coming in. I left without receiving any care or treatment. If you need medical attention without humiliation I recommend any other medical treatment facility.
