Kassandra in the front desk is rude! Made me experience awful!
Very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Kassandra at the front desk spoke to patients in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. As the face of the office, she should set a welcoming and professional tone, but instead showed a complete lack of courtesy and patient care. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where kindness and respect should come first!
The front office staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Casandra was very friendly,,helpful and it’s always a great experience working with her. Scarlett had all my paperwork ready to move to the next step. Najelli was also a great help with answering my questions. Both Doctors are very knowledgeable.
