It's always comfortable going to her office for someone who was always uncomfortable going to a dentist. Her office is clean and bright! Her staff is very professional. Dr Patal, herself is very professional and compassionate. I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist.
I had a crown become loose while visiting Yonkers. Riverside Dental, Dr. Patel and Dr Gupta with their staff treated me very well. They saw me within 24 hours. X-rays were taken to evaluate the best course of action. I was able to complete my journey with no problems. I highly recommend this office for your dental care.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I went in to get cavities treated, and I was told that my insurance did not cover the white filling material, so I had to pay out of pocket. Trusting their explanation, I agreed. Later, I contacted my insurance company directly, and they confirmed that I am covered for white fillings. This made me feel misled and taken advantage of. The owner is a monster! She is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people! In a snowstorm she yelled at my wife for rescheduling an appointment.
I had been a patient at Riverside Dental Office for approximately two years. Unfortunately, my most recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. During my last visit, I was going in for a filling, then was told I needed an x-ray because I may need surgery. The owner personally assured me that I would not be charged for a 360 X-ray.
