I had been a patient at Riverside Dental Office for approximately two years. Unfortunately, my most recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. During my last visit, I was going in for a filling, then was told I needed an x-ray because I may need surgery. The owner personally assured me that I would not be charged for a 360 X-ray. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dental office. After I made it clear that I couldn’t keep an appointment due to a change in my schedule, they persistently called me to reschedule, and when I explained my situation, the staff member on the phone was incredibly rude. The staff is fantastic! However, interacting with the owner is like having a tooth pulled without anesthesia. Unfortunately, you can’t avoid her because she’s always involved in everything. Save yourself the hassle and find a better dentist. The amazing team is not worth the pain of dealing with the owner.
