The whole team at Riverside Dental Nerang was amazing. As soon as I walked in, the reception staff welcomed me warmly. Dr. Dale Kim is very professional, kind, and has a genuinely warm heart. Hygienist Catherine and the team were also extremely professional and caring. She went above and beyond, and I could truly feel how well she was looking after me. Her attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Dale Kim, Hygienist Catherine, and the entire team.

On my first appointment I was so happy to find a good dentist with a good advise and who's doing a job without pain. She said to me to get an appointment 6 mois after so I've tried but they had no availabilities during 1 year... So, it took me 1 year and half to get a second appointment just for a cleaning and checking. Incredible and crazy situation that I still don't understand.
