Nice bikes and the best service in the Biz.
I was in Richmond for a weekend, went by Riverside and rented a road bike. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they put in the time and effort to make sure the bike was set up just right.
Great experience! Got my hybrid bike serviced here for the first time as I live just a few blocks away. They were very detailed upfront with what it needed, I appreciated the updates via text, and I had my bike back in 2-3 days. I will definitely be back for all my cycling needs!
These guys are the best. So friendly and accommodating. They really want to do right by their cudtomers. I bought an awesome ebike from Riverside last year. Now, I'm moving out of state and they boxed the bike up and shipped it for me to my new place. And when the delivery ended up being scheduled way earlier than expected, they worked on solutions all morning, and ended up covering the cost of rescheduling delivery for after I arrived, so that my bike wouldn't be sitting out in a big city for 2 days. What a fabulous shop, rental fleet, and staff! Knowledgeable and helpful. We rented 2 full suspension bikes and they were top of the line. Definitely recommend!
