I seek mental health services at this location on Dec,29th, 2024 I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early and needed to use the restroom, however there wasn't one available due to flooding and stool infestation, I could not hold it due to frequency being one of the side effects of the medication they have me on so I politely informed the receptionist that I could not stay and needed to reschedule, I was then phoned by a very rude associate with " I called you THREE times" I'm sorry but not only is that her job but Its... read more
