Express care is amazing
The receptionists are rude when answering the phone. You make an appointment, but then, when the day of the appointment arrives, they claim that no appointment is scheduled—and they treat you without the slightest respect.
This place is beautiful and it may seem new and well taken care of. But, unfortunately the people here are rude, the security guard is awful, she/he screams at people signs says open at 7:30 but they won't let anyone in until 10min after if lucky. The guard with the bad haircut is the worse, she/he thinks can speak to people loudly. I wish I had picked a different care facilities.
