This place is beautiful and it may seem new and well taken care of. But, unfortunately the people here are rude, the security guard is awful, she/he screams at people signs says open at 7:30 but they won't let anyone in until 10min after if lucky. The guard with the bad haircut is the worse, she/he thinks can speak to people loudly. I wish I had picked a different care facilities.
This morning is the second time I have had to physically drive to the clinic because for the last several months as my aunt's caregiver, this location has never once answered the phone. I have to always go through the scheduling department for someone to answer, who then states they will relay the message to the nursing staff and front desk; however, I still never hear back.
