This morning is the second time I have had to physically drive to the clinic because for the last several months as my aunt's caregiver, this location has never once answered the phone. I have to always go through the scheduling department for someone to answer, who then states they will relay the message to the nursing staff and front desk; however, I still never hear back. Great staff. From the security guards, front desk agents, therapists, counselors, and case managers. Thank you all for your services.
I have grown with this health system for over 10 years. Very greatful for their services accepting IEHP.
First off I wish they had a negative stars, the receptionist at the Dentost side are extremely ride, not only to patiebut to the security guard.They both moved the security guard for doing her job.
