Zach is one of the best Social Workers and Therapist that I know. The only person that would struggle with Zach, is a person that is not ready to do the work or who is unwilling to hear the truth!! He truly works and advocates for his clients, in an effort to achieve best outcomes for them!!!
Joel has helped me so much. He saved me and I will be forever grateful.
I had a brief interaction with Joel who seemed overall professional and kind. However my entire encounter with "licensed professional" Zach was completely unethical and disrespectful. He does not have nearly enough experience or education to be handling mental health clients . As someone who works for mental health and has mental heath this is no way you try to help another person. Very egotistical. Joel is very professional, office is calming and neat. When the call was made to make the initial appointment, everything was set up in a very timely manner. Riverside Counseling was also very understanding with my schedule and worked with me to find a good time to schedule appointments. I would reccomend Riverside Counseling to my family and friends.
