Overall experience has been positive. Melissa, at the front desk, is quite an exceptional person. She always has a kind word, and is willing to go out of her way for you if you need any sort of assistance. I have had two counselors during my time here. Both women, Paula, and Terry, are incredible women. Always very comprehensive, counseling is on point and the level of support is great and helpful towards my recovery. My overall experience has been positive.
I love this place. Colton sucks. The people at Riverside are more understanding and friendly. I genuinely feel like they care for me and my sobriety.
They are great all the nurses and counselors are awesome helped me get my life back.
The staff is very helpful and keep you informed on there services and clear and comprehensive,and they try there hardest to get you set up and in the system quickly and efficiently to get your treatment on right path for help.
