This place is horrible. Don’t go there for substance abuse disorder. Staff is rude., dont show up for home appointments or come hours later than the specified appointments. This is unacceptable when dealing with people in crisis. They’re advertised as being there 24/7 but they’re not. They prescribe addicting prescription drugs to patients that already have substance abuse disorders. my therapist left me after one week 🫵
They have really good therapy services. Since October 2019, I've been there for counselling and they have been very helpful. Update: Very helpful that they have tele-health appointments during Covid-19
With Covid I can understand a counseling service being busy. However I had to do a 1 hour intake where not the one that did the actual intake, but whoever answers for that dept, was rather rude, and very confused. Hung up on me the first time because I said I didn't need a psychiatrist, just a therapist-(which I was looking for as my old therapist quit during Covid at another place). She didn't take the time to hear that I was NOT looking for both. She was like "oh you don't need anyone, okay call if you do"...and hung up. W... read more
