Not dependable and impossible to get a straight answer. Have done business with this company for coal for 4 years. First year, after months of waiting and no warning when it was coming, it did show up in November. 2018, said he would come, never showed. 2019, finally showed, no notice, in November. 2020, kept saying he'd come, strung me along, never showed up. Nice, personable guy, just can't get his act together and you suffer for it. Don't trust him to deliver.
