Service at the Riverside has always been a great experience, but this last visit was less than. I’ve had a reoccurring problem with our door locks not locking automatically upon driving. This cannot be controlled through settings but automatic through software. I had them look at this problem in April 2025 and they completed a software update and it fixed it. Everyone very friendly. Needed RV dewinterized. Thought price a tad high to just drain antifreeze. Usually paid less & it included sanitizing fresh water tank.
I have bought several cars from Big Lee at Riverside and have always been treated wonderfully!! I also have my cars serviced there and have always been pleased.
