Service department is a joke. Have never genuinely fixed any issue the 4-5 times ive brought my Jeep in. If they even have a tech to work on your vehicle it will take over a month to do anything.
Brought my Jeep in and was charged the service charge and they said nothing was wrong with it. Had a local mechanic easily find the problem. Clockspring- this was a Jeep recall. Shouldn’t they have known this?
Took my 2013 Grand Cherokee when my dash light came on. They managed to fit me in and get it done same day. The staff was friendly and the sales staff left us alone while we waited.
