Salesman lied to me TWICE. Told me when I bought the brand new jeep that I had lifetime warranty on the gorilla glass. All kinds of stories about how great this glass is and how incredible the warranty is. Cracked less than 6 months into ownership. Difficult process to get the warranty to cover. While I was in the shop having it replaced, same salesman told me “no worries, you’re new windshield has lifetime warranty as well- great coverage…. Blah blah”. Service department is a joke. Have never genuinely fixed any issue the 4-5 times ive brought my Jeep in. If they even have a tech to work on your vehicle it will take over a month to do anything.
Brought my Jeep in and was charged the service charge and they said nothing was wrong with it. Had a local mechanic easily find the problem. Clockspring- this was a Jeep recall. Shouldn’t they have known this?
Took my 2013 Grand Cherokee when my dash light came on. They managed to fit me in and get it done same day. The staff was friendly and the sales staff left us alone while we waited.
