Took longer than they told me it would, cost was higher than quoted and 350 miles after an engine replacement, main radiator hose blew off because the clamp wasn’t put on correctly. Tried to talk to service manager but he would never call me back.
Very prompt and courteous service. Done in a very timely manner.
Charged for 4 hours of labor for a 2 hour service! I have contacted them several times with no response from the Service Manager. Terrible Customer Service! Update: The Service Manager finally contacted me and explained the charges. He explained that their Service rate was $200 an hour! Wow! He did help on the cost by giving me a free oil change and replaced my Air Filter that I supplied. I appreciate his call and generosity!
