They should hire more people to keep that cemetery cleaned
I don't know what is going on with this cemetery, but it is unkept. Piles of leaves left for the fall of 2024. Grass is higher than the headstones.
We buried my grandmother's ashes at Riverside in 2019 and it's been a place where we feel at peace visiting. Not the fanciest of cemeteries but that's what makes it everything we need.
Used to be an older but well kept cometary. Unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. This cemetery adds new rows of graves between existing rows, as if that isn’t bad enough they never smooth the ground out afterwards. Great place to break an ankle. Very disappointing. Sad to have chosen this cemetery back in the 70’s when it was nice.
St Joseph’s church no longer is associated with riverside the director of riverside worked for st Joseph’s about ten years ago shame to see it in disrepair
