I sold my car to Lee via Motorway and I cannot stress how easy and simple it was to get the deal done! No hassle, just straight to the point and got the car sold at a reasonable price. Lee was very friendly and cordial. Although I’ve not bought a car on this occasion, this dealership is definitely on my go-to list in the future. The dealership is very fancy and and they’ve got lovely range of cars!
Worst customer service.
I would strongly advise anyone not to buy a car from Riverside Cars. I purchased a BMW 6 Series from them and it has honestly been one of the worst experiences I have ever had when buying a car. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed several issues and contacted them straight away. I sent screenshots of the faults, photos and full details directly to Lee, the branch manager, on a Sunday evening. I have recently purchased a VW Transporter from Riverside Car Sales. Unfortunately, the heaters were not working, which I didn't realise until around two weeks after the purchase. I contacted Lee, and he asked me to bring the van back so he could arrange for it to be fixed.
