We’ve been coming to the Platte River for about a decade and have always enjoyed the area. Typically we bring our own gear, but this time we decided to rent. We were hoping to rent one single and one double kayak for three adults and our 2-year-old, but unfortunately there is a DNR rule that does not allow that setup.
