Took my RV in for service and warranty work. Came back to pick it up and all the debris from all the work was everywhere. They had pulled in the slide and then pulled it back out with all the wood chunks Staples and all in there. Also it was infested with ants. And all I got was an explanation about piss ants. I felt like my home had been disrespected even car dealerships Don't return your car back in such condition. I brought it in spotless. I expected a little mess but not what I got. Extremely disappointed.
They were prompt and informative every step of the process.
Took my newly purchased used RV to Riverside to have them check things out for me. Staff is very friendly and they quickly looked over things and provided me with an estimate for the work required. It was done quickly and ready for my pick up the next day. Very satisfied and will use them again in the future.
This is what all RV dealers/RV service centers should strive to be! The true definition of southern hospitality. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone we know. Worth the drive to New Bern. A special thanks to Mica and the service team.
Just bought a travel trailer with this place. I am extremely pleased with everything they did to make this happen. Luis Ortiz and the rest of the folks here made getting me into one of these, believe it or not pleasurable. No high pressure. They listened to a few concerns I had, and they worked in those parameters and made it happen. Great folks, and most of all, they had a "we are not giving up until you're in this trailer attitude."
