We are so thankful for the service we received when the step motor went out on our Class A Motor Home while we were parked near New Bern. The park office had a card for Joshua Hedrick so we called him. He came to the park, made the diagnosis and told us he would order the part and put it on the next afternoon. We were able to spend another night in the park and the next day we parked on Riverside's lot to wait for the part. Joshua put the new motor on and got us on our way. My sincere thanks to everyone and I mean everyone that helped in the process of my wife and I, getting our new Coachman Clipper today. Best service from Dustin, Louis, Santos, Josh, Teresa and also the detail guys. We will be back again to New Bern area to do some leisure time.
