A little late in responding…brought my Terrain in at end of February for oil change and tire rotation. As a ‘lark’ I marked one of the tires this time to make sure it would get moved to correct position. I was quite surprised when car was returned, keys handed to me and marked tire still in same spot. This has been an ongoing saga dealing with them. It started with us buying a brand new Cadillac xt4 from them when it turned winter our back door would not lock and unlock it wouldn’t open at all. Then also the check engine light came on saying something about electronics one of the lights went out so we had to get another one in the midst of that one of the technicians scratched our head light. Nice facility. Very nice sales force that runs younger than typical Cadillac dealers. My sales person helped me test drive the vehicle I was interested in. I let them know im still about 2 months away from my current lease ending and wasn't hustled on the way out. I appreciate this factor. I dont do business with high pressure closers. Friendly people make doing business much easier.
