It took way to long for a simple oil change
UPDATE: Was told this morning that using AMSOIL in my vehicle will void my warranty and that they required me to sign off on cancellation of warranty for the engine before they would perform the L87 Engine Recall for Potential Loss of Propulsion. AMSOIL 0w-40 is DEXOS R Supercar rated AMSOIL 0w-20 is GM dexos1* Gen 3 - which supersedes dexos1 Gen 2 and 6094M When asked about how this requirement complies with the US Government's Magnusson Moss Act - I was told they had never heard of that.
