I took my vehicle in to have the rear passenger side door handle fixed because it would not open the door. Why would a diagnostic test have to be performed to determine the door handle was broke. The service writer tells me that the throttle body cable needs attention, oil leak etc. I told her to go ahead and fix the door handle. I had agreed to the price quoted on the door handle but when I went to pay it was roughly about 300.00 more. I’m still scratching my head trying to figure out why a diagnostic test had to be done. �... read more
