Worked with this company for a while, I strongly suggest this contractor for all your construction or renovation requirements.
I purchased a home they remodeled in 2018. Absolutely amazing. Turn key. Everything we needed. Had a baby on the way. We loved it. Fast forward 3 years and I get a notice from sac county saying the fence in my front yard was never permitted. Possible fines of 1000 a day if not fixed in the allowed time. The code enforcer was awesome and worked with me. How ever. When I confronted river side builder. I was hoping they had a permit for the fence.
