We had our old Bryant heater replaced by Riverside Bros. They put in a new Bryant 987M Evolution furnace, plus a new thermostat and humidifier, and the whole heater repair and installation process went very smoothly from the estimate to the final setup. The new system is working great, runs very quietly, and keeps the house much more comfortable. Nicholas was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He showed up right on time and completed the air conditioning installation ahead of schedule. After the new HVAC system and thermostat were set up, he walked us through the controls, helped connect everything to WiFi, and explained how to get the best performance and energy efficiency from the system. Liam was the technician who came out to repair my furnace. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. For both the inspection and the furnace repair visit, he was able to arrive earlier than scheduled, and he always called first to make sure the timing worked for me.
