Woke up the other morning and the furnace would not start, so i called right away and they said they would send someone out as soon as possible. tony arrived, checked the heating system, and found that the inducer motor was not turning. He opened it up and showed me that a bird had gotten into the inducer assembly and blocked the furnace from running. He carefully removed the part, took it outside, and got the bird out safely. Nicolas came out for our seasonal HVAC maintenance and did a great job cleaning the AC unit and furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home, and he arrived right on schedule.
