The only reason for 3 stars is because of past purchases. Customer service has changed for the extreme worse. I would NOT recommend sending your teenager up there to get severely ripped off.
Rude people at counter think that used parts at new price parts then laugh at you when you pay new prices. wont every go back with LKQ that is used part prices. the stocky man at counter needs old fashion wipping
They know their business. I am one satisfied customer again and again. I once had my motor pulled and could not pay on time. They held my car with no questions asked, did not put a mechanics lien on it! I was even more satisfied when I had a few problems with it after it first got back on the road. Willie and the crew, as well as the owners do a good amount of positives for their loyal customers. I am hoping to get my 03 Taurus out today. I'll keep coming back till all the bugs are fixed. These guys rock. I got the wrong part and lost my receipt and they still helped me out and traded me the for the right part.
