Absolutely horrible customer service along with inconsiderate and slow staff. I only needed a Fuel Pump Assembly off a 2016 Nissian Maxima which is under the backseat on these models so no having to drop the tank. So that being said it should only take about 20 to 30 mins to remove it from the vehicle. Yet we have been here waiting going on 3 hours! That’s just absolutely uncalled for period! Never again!
As the owner of a repair shop, I will not be using Riverside again. Every time I’ve dealt with them, the customer service has been very rude. Today’s experience was the last straw. They loaded a transfer case into the trunk of my car without draining it or plugging the openings. By the time I got home, transmission fluid had leaked all over my trunk.

I called and purchased a rear axle assembly listed on car-part.com using the information provided on the website. I had the part delivered to my business. The part delivered did not match the description. I immediately called after taking measurements to catch the driver before he got too far away. After being put on hold over and over for 30 minutes I was told that the driver did not have a cell phone and I would have to bring the part back for a refund and would be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Ridiculous business, they won’t allow you to look at the part, gotta pay it wait till they pull I guess you gotta try to return it . FRAUD NOT WORTH YOUR TIME
