Said they had the part we needed. Drove 4 hours one way...said they "couldnt find it". That's even after a phone call making sure they had it. Support. Who can you trust or believe any more???
My advise is to check with these people before selling your junker to anyone else. They give you a fair price and treat you right
I order some parts and got what I needed. The only negative thing I noticed is they need to work on their customer service. Not very friendly!
Went in to see if they had lower motor mounts for a 2002 Chevy Tahoe. Guy at the counter didn't even say no we don't have any he just said we don't deal with anything like that. Surprising cause it's a very common part that's found on Tahoe, suburban, and pickups. That's ok I guess they didn't want my money.
