Just bought giftcards at Christmas for car washes for my family members $130 worth. Go to use it and they sold the company to Galaxy carwash and they will not honor them. December 2024 and shortly after they went out of business. Thanks for stealing money, you knew at Christmas you were going out of business.

I have never encountered such a poorly managed car wash in my life. From the moment I arrived, the employees made it abundantly clear that customer service is not their priority. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed to have zero interest in actually helping people. What’s worse is that they didn’t treat me—or anyone else in line—like actual human beings.
