Bought a jeep from them and had a very good experience
I purchased my 2013 Nissan from Steve and the service was outstanding! I really did not have a lot time to dedicate looking for a vehicle and I was in extreme need of one asap. I purchased a Subaru Outback from Riverside Auto Sales and Service last month. We had the greatest experience purchasing from them. Steve was very responsive and held the car to allow me to look at it first and kept his word! After purchasing we noticed the two "cigarette lighters" didn't work in the back seat and trunk. I let Steve know and when I went back to pick up my license plates, which they put on for me, they replaced a fuse resolving the issue right then and there. Positives - 6 Negatives - 0 Jim went above and beyond at EVERY step of this (usually very painful) journey with me and made it completely painless. He genuinely cares about his customers, and is very cautious when buying cars at auction (as best as he can, every car is different) so that he is selling quality vehicles.
