Horrible service. Very slow. Constantly put customers on hold for no reason and then hang up. (this happens on a regular basis ) Don't waste your time
Took a day off work to buy a bumper they claimed they had but would not pull till i paid for. They didnt have it. Expensive day! Buyer beware!!!
I went to riverside auto and bought a transmission I had been looking for for awhile they had it my only down play was I was told I’d have it the next day I’m still waiting I know there’s other people that needs there things but I feel two and a half days was more than fair before saying something
Yesterday we went searching for a tailgate at Riverside Auto. What a great experience we had...from meeting “Will Sendit” to the very reasonable price we paid for the part. Life is enriched by meeting people like the friendly staff at the service desk and exchanging fun conversation. Thank you so much guys! �
Was told that a part was available and would take about an hour, but took about 4 hours to get the part! The part works fine, but will probably go elsewhere next time
