Paid in full. Did not fix problem. The manager became aggressive. They stalled, delayed and never called me. I had to keep showing up. Never even got a partial refund. The owner cursed at me, told me I was trespassing, and told me to get the f out. Another staffer filmed me on her phone while I was trying to plead my case. This manager refused to give me my key back to my truck. I had a spare key, luckily to drive it home without a repair and me paying 260. 00 for a problem tail light in full. I have been going here for years! The owner and guys know me well which means a lot with the amount of vehicles and work they do in between my work done. My friend Vin put me up on these guys awhile ago and man am I glad. They were without fail the lowest estimate and actual cost time after time. I had an issue one time but it was fixed before I walked out on the day I went to pick it up.
