My partner and I lived there a few years back and we loved the place.... Darren the owner let us work on our room and work on others to help out. Darren was probably one person that gave us a chance to have a good place to live. Thank you Darren.... Chris and Bryan
If I could rate this zero stars I would! We lived here for a year because it was cheap but that was the biggest mistake ever! The landlord will not fix anything in your apartment nor will he work with you on unforeseen situations. We constantly asked the landlord to fix things in our apartment while paying rent and still nothing was done! My children had to live in roaches and mold and hazardous conditions overall!
