They treated our pet as if he was theirs.
Best vet clinic I've ever been too they are nice and help with any questions asked and they also occasionally have an adorable pup you can give a treat too while checking in. Always work with us on schedule for visits and they take care credit making it easier to get in for his appointments and not worry. If your new to Bend or are looking for a Vet I recommend this place to every single person 10/10 experience and they are so sweet to our animals even our pup who's terrified of everything gets excited too to come visit.
