Although the people who put my dog down were very nice when I left I didn't take my dogs collar when I picked up the ashes the girl couldn't find it when I called later she was very short and quite actually bitchy the next day she said they cremated my dog with his collar which she wasn't very believable when she said it was one of the hardest things I've done and she made it seem like I was bothering her by asking for his collar I think her name was Karen
