It's funny how consistent people are...they over charge you and do not tell you until it is too late. You get screwed by charges never revealed by you physician. Read all reviews, everybody says BILLING is an issue and you have no choice but to pay. Be AWARE, do not use these anesthesiologists!
Their Billing Dept Sucks. I received my co pay billing on 6/08/2022. Submitted the bill to my FSA the same day. My FSA account paid the bill on 06/10/2022. I started getting calls from Riverside about my balance on 6/21/2022. Dont they know that a little bit of time is needed for processing and then getting the payment thru the mail? Lousy customer service
I worked with them thru a surgery I had at West Shore Hospital... The anesthesiologist was wonderful, friendly, introduced themselves before my surgery, explained the process... I gently went to sleep on my way to the OR and woke up much later in the recovery room. I later got a bill from them for about $135. It was in a timely manner... and seriously...
