On 6/8,, Riverside ambulance transported my husband to Iroquois Mmeorial from home, then to Carle Hospital following a fall. They were very respectful and kind and their competent care probable prevented him from being totally paralyzed.

Unprofessional I was told to remove my husband from the shower quickly because when an ambulance arrives he should already be ready to go even though while I was on the phone with 911 they told me not to remove him from the shower then the man said if there is an real emergency we are here as if my husband having epilepsy is not an emergency
