I had a great experience with this company! They handled my closing in New Jersey. In addition to their low rates, they provide excellent customer service. The lender went above and beyond to ensure that we closed on time despite some hiccups. My attorney as well as my mortgage broker were very impressed by this.
Found many issues after closing that would have gone unaddressed if I was an individual that was novice in these dealings. I review the agreement and see they did not commit to their part in the agreement. No one contacted me about it. I contacted the office and left messages and a 3rd party to reach out to them. Still No one contacted me. It was attempted by this company to fix the issue and I knew it wouldn't work but maybe they knew something I didn't...no...it didn't work. Stay away! Ask your attorney which title company they use before hiring that attorney. This is the most irresponsible title company I've ever experienced. They issued a template report and called it a day. They failed to address several issues upon closing. We had to find out about those unfinished issues on our own after closing.
Riverside not only gets the job done right at a great cost, but also treats you like family along the way.I would never do title work with anyone else!
WORST title company ever. It pains me that I had to give them one star to write this review. They are known as a sh*& company by many a broker (of which I am one). If you want your deal to close, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL JOKE!
