Great community, very clean, Seems like the Manager gets transferred once in a while, Just go get to know the new manager!! The parking and other rules have been UNCHANGED for at least a decade. Previous management DID NOT enforce the rules correctly. “As shown in other reviews” I’ve never had a problem with parking or the management, it seems like it’s residents who have issues not the community. It’s not a bad place to live, very quiet, clean, Maintenance is out cleaning or doing yard work daily which is a big thumbs up!!

Like the comment said about the parking.. It’s absolutely ridiculous.. There’s trucks that stick out onto the sidewalk and never get towed.. But the rules are that cars can’t be over the sidewalk.. Also ran into one of those trucks and management never did anything. They just said to call the cops but cops won’t do anything.. Also say that all roads are emergency lanes when there’s only red paint by the stop signs(which cops have said the stops signs need to be more visible and not right on the corners, but they don’t care a... read more
