They have a strict no street parking no policy and I had people doing work in my bathroom so i couldnt park in my driveway. Only place to park is the front office, mind you it’s a big lot and no one is there and the only other places to park are hogged by entitled neighbors that never move their cars. So they put this stupid hard to remove sticker stating we cant park in the office even though there are no signs stating otherwise. Where do you want me to park then, Riverside? Great community, very clean, Seems like the Manager gets transferred once in a while, Just go get to know the new manager!! The parking and other rules have been UNCHANGED for at least a decade. Previous management DID NOT enforce the rules correctly. “As shown in other reviews” I’ve never had a problem with parking or the management, it seems like it’s residents who have issues not the community. It’s not a bad place to live, very quiet, clean, Maintenance is out cleaning or doing yard work daily which is a big thumbs up!!
