Excellent Office Space very affordable. Great Location.
1 star due to not being pet friendly.. It's unfortunate that you can go to Municpal (Awesome family establishment) with your dog and your family to grab a beer to walk around Hamilton with, but you can't enjoy the day out on the town with your dog and then stroll over to watch a concert at rivers edge.
Flying a UAS over crowds,and flying at night is against FAA rules. Even if you have a part 107
