This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. The 'massage therapist' makes appointments via text only and will not answer a phone call. The appointments are only Monday through Friday - nothing on the weekends. If you try to reschedule an appointment - they will charge you double. Once for your original slot that you missed, and again for when you make the new appointment. I would sincerely recommend against giving any of your money to this.
