I never saw the dentist today so it couldn’t be your honor to see me. There was only one dentist and because I was a clean only, which I was not informed and hopefully won’t be billed, I was not offered the option to see my dentist. Your hygienist , Brianna I believe only wanted to upsale me on product. I like this practice, don’t get me wrong, but be better.
This was my first visit to this dental office after having to find a new dentist because the dentist I had been going to for many years no longer accepted my insurance. I was very impressed from the moment I arrived. The office was clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive.
