Ive bought 2 pair of jacket and bibs first pair last 8 years or so they say it has a lifetime warranty but that on defected material. I can tell you i put these through hell and back and lasted way longer then anything youll buy from big box stores. (Well i cant count for sitka) i dont have that type of money. Bought the second pair and they are great. These will keep you warm/ hot in 40 degree weather.

I was gifted a rivers west waterproof fleece jacket many many years ago, it wasn’t insulated and I never wore it much and it hung in the closet. Best product on the market hands down. Late season elk archery in pissing rain, got back to camp and I was tinder bone dry. And dead quiet when stalking. Best material next to gore Tex

Zero customer service. I bought a jacket with a lifetime warranty. I loved the jacket, but when the zipper broke a year later, they won't even respond to my messages to tell me to pound sand.
