I love living at Rivers Walk ! It’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. They keep it immaculately clean. The landscaping is gorgeous. The pool is always pristine and a very nice set up with the gas grills and a bar to eat at the pool and swim. The ladies in the leasing office are genuinely nice. The maintenance team is exceptional! They are responsive and typically fix issues in the same day. It is nice to have such a reliable service team!
I toured this property with Sarah and felt she did a great job! We saw around 20 properties when I was in Mt. Pleasant / Charleston for my daughter and were impressed by the leasing office staff at this location. Sarah was very nice to work with and while we selected another MAA property, I felt this one would have been a good fit for my daughter and had a welcoming vibe!
They have a fantastic staff, beautiful amenities, and a great location at the base of the Ravenel Bridge. It is clear that they truly care about their residents and take great pride in their landscaping.
Maintenance crew is super helpful and responsive to take care of even the smallest details. Thank you MAA.
