The property was beautiful and well kept. All staff, especially Arin, was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to get me into a home quickly.
I absolutely loved my tour at MAA Rivers walk with Arin! She was very friendly and took her time on our tour to answer all of our questions and share her knowledge about the property and its wonderful amenities. This was a top contender on our list of apartments and Arin has helped seal the deal for us and made us want to choose MAA Rivers Walk.
First day all moved in.. Yay! Ha. My girlfriend and I woke up to a man in our kitchen doing something with the thermostat and breaker box. My girl and I were both heavily asleep and naked. The person claimed to be our maintenance worker and had permission to entry from the office. First day here and no communication with the new tenants who pay over 2k a month! Good job! Fire Alarms go off constantly for 10-15 min and it’s insanely loud. 2 am is the most common. Stay away.
A beautiful apartment complex with so much to offer. Arin was especially kind, personable, professional & informative in giving me my tour. Highly recommend!
Easy move in process. Very well kept and clean. Everyone is super nice & love seeing all the dogs welcome 🐶 😀
