Rivers of Hope is one of worst Transportation company that I had to deal with. My mom is on the life and death situation where she goes to dialysis 3x a week. As a result of this, I needed a reliable transportation company, a company that I can trust to bring my mom to her appointment. You and your mother have stated numerous times how the other transportation companies have been late, forgot your mother at dialysis, etc. Your mother even know us by name basis and I quote, "the driver is always here before I am even done". 2 weeks ago, I reached out to you and told you would will not be able to continue with pick up and provide her insurance time to find another replacement because her return trip is passed business hours.
