My business contacted Ryan in 2020 about car insurance for our company car and Ryan was able to provide us with a good rate through Liberty Mutual with auto pay. I contacted Ryan by phone and email on March 22, 2023 to cancel the insurance as we no longer had a company car. As of August 9, 2023 we are still being charged for this insurance. --12/13/20 Update-- Ryan reached out saying he took feedback from this review and incorporated some changes and is working to improve any gaps in his companies customer service. Started with Rivers Insurance from my first house based on recommendation of realtor. Pricing was competitive. 2-Star review comes from lack of responsiveness over the years. With Rivers Ins being your primary point of contact, some insurance companies that he represents are unwillingly to provide any customer service or answer any questions and instead direct you to your third party agent. I started using Rivers Insurance Group back in October by transferring my auto insurance, I wanted to work with someone on a local level. It was a simple process and they really took care of me, in fact I just recently added renters insurance a month ago and didn't even have to lift a finger.
