To call these two slum lords would be an insult to other slum lords. We lived with rats where they ate holes thru our kitchen ceiling that forced us to move. Asking Kristin to fix anything had to escalate to threatening to take them to the tenant board or further to get absolutely anything fixed. I contacted bylaw to come in and look at our house. Kirstin and Chris have been more than amazing during our one year lease. Everything was handled swiftly and professionally. They were easy to deal with and always courteous. Signing and receiving keys was very easy, returning keys was even easier and very straight forward. We highly recommend their services.
