I gave two stars because the owners are really good people, and I think that they really try hard. The problem is that they can not keep up with the volume of pools they have committed to clean and have hired some bad hires. I think their intentions are good although after my pool having not been cleaned numerous times over several months I finally could not afford to continue to pay them $300 a month for a service that I was not receiving.
