Stellar Work! We work with a few different plumbing companies throughout our projects; they are always one of our top referrals. The tech that was her was super knowledgeable and efficient.
I will say the employees did a great job, BUT the office staff Karen lives up to her name. I paid before the work was done as requested, no problem. I expected to get a bill for maybe $300-$500 more for labor. I never expected a bill for $1500 more. Her excuse was that they had to send in two technicians and they were there 8 hours. I didn't think I had requested enough work for one person for 8 hours let alone 2. A phone call authorizing this would have been great. So I live off one income and tried to make some payments.
